Kenneth Wruk – CEO
Kenneth is no stranger to running successful businesses. With an engineering degree and an MBA focused on marketing, Kenneth co-founded YesMail, a leading permission email marketing network, in the late 1990s. The company grew to over 100 employees and went public on Nasdaq (Ticker: YESM). CMGI then acquired YesMail for over $550 million. He also spent a decade running Nite Capital – a successful $110 million investment fund. Kenneth truly enjoys internet marketing and financial management. He’s excited to see such skills applied to your vacation rental property.
Mark Dennis – Chief Operations Officer
Mark is a problem solver with a successful track record of delivering exceptional results by defining issues and finding the simplest, most effective solution. He brings with him 10 years of NFL experience as an offensive lineman and the hard knock wisdom from multiple real estate transactions in both commercial and residential real estate. You’ll enjoy Mark’s delightful personality along with his consistent ability to remain calm under pressure.
Laura Booth – Resource Manager
You’ll enjoy working with Laura. She began her career with a Bachelor degree in Education and moved into management. A consomate entrepreneur, Laura launched her own cleaning service network and ran it for 21 years. She knows this business inside and out. Laura leverages this experience and responsibility to help our clients recruit the finest, top-rated cleaners. Taking pride in being available and responsive, Laura finds problematic situations to be an enjoyable challenge. What a pleasure to have Laura as an integral member of the team.
Natalia Keller – Resource Manager
Natalia manages our content, resources, and business development operations. As the mother of two great kids, she knows how to strike a successful work-life balance and enjoy an exciting career. From managing our Realtor Partner Program to copywriting and distributing our weekly newsletter, as a vacation rental owner herself, she’s in touch with the needs of short-term rental property owners like no other.
Marjorie Leaf – Chief Financial Officer
With a decades-long career in accounting, Margie knows what it takes to keep the numbers running accurately and smoothly. She takes to heart every aspect of our client reporting systems and operations ledgers.
Lori Caskey – Business Development Manager
Lori works closely with our CEO to manage the firm’s sales, marketing, and business development. From providing proposals to excited new clients, to facilitating win-win partnerships with successful realtor partners, Lori leverages her decades of customer service and campaign management skills to make it all happen smoothly.
